RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw from the purchase, you must communicate this intention no later than 7 days from receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made by contacting customer assistance, specifying the no. of order. In the communication it will be necessary to specify the products purchased and the will to withdraw from the purchase. Our Customer Care will respond by authorizing the return of the goods, the return procedure will take place within 14 days. The return will be managed exclusively with the issue of an online voucher valid for 12 months.

Together with sending the wish to withdraw, the Customer is required to send by express courier and at his own expense within 7 days of notification, the goods to our warehouses as they have been received, i.e. absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (tags, envelopes and boxes), arranging them in suitable packaging so as to guarantee their integrity during transport.

Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable. The only expense charged to the customer, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for the transport of the goods to our office. The goods travel at the customer's risk. Therefore, in case of loss of the package, object of the withdrawal, TAY STORE will not be obliged to refund. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, TAYSTORE will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain the relative refund. The product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. TAYSTORE will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where TAYSTORE ascertains that:

    • the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
    • the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
    • the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories

GOODS EXCHANGE

The communication must be made by contacting customer assistance specifying the no. of order. In the communication it will be necessary to specify the products purchased and the will to replace them. Our Customer Care will respond giving authorization to exchange the goods. The Customer is required to send by express courier and at his own expense within 7 days of notification, the goods at our warehouses as they arrived, i.e. absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (tags, envelopes and packaging), arranging them in suitable packaging so as to guarantee their integrity during transport.

TAYSTORE allows you to exchange the purchased goods only under the following conditions:

  • in case of defective goods (the item will be replaced with the same item ordered);
  • in case an incorrect size has been ordered (the replacement will take place with the same item ordered in the new size indicated, valid only for products not on sale at no additional cost);
  • in the event that the item received is totally different from the one ordered.

Will not be accepted for replacement and returns:

  • Items without original packaging which must also be in perfect condition;
  • Worn or washed items;
  • Items damaged due to improper handling of the Customer;
  • Items returned cash on delivery or carriage forward;
  • Items on sale/offer/promotion;
  • Items that have their attached tags removed;
  • Items that have undergone changes or interventions of any kind.
